Welcome to Promi LLC apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our mobile applications and related services (“Apps”).


1. Information We Collect


Personal Information You Provide

  • If you choose, you may provide personal details such as your name, email address, or feedback when contacting us.


Photographs
Some of our Apps allow you to upload photos (for example, to generate a rating, analysis, portraits, hairstyle try-ons, or progress tracking).

  • Photos are collected directly from your upload and processed only to provide the results you request.

  • We do not collect or use facial recognition templates, biometric identifiers, or depth/IR data beyond the photo you provide.

  • Photos may be processed using AI systems, including third-party providers, solely to generate the requested results.


Usage Information
We may automatically collect limited usage data such as device type, App interactions, and feature usage. This helps us improve performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.


2. How We Use Information


We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the features of our Apps.

  • Generate and display analysis results (if you upload a photo).

  • Respond to your requests or support inquiries.

  • Monitor performance and protect the security of our services.


We do not use face photos or other sensitive data for identification, advertising, or unrelated purposes.


We may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems, including our own models and trusted third-party providers (such as Google or OpenAI), to process user-uploaded content. For example, when you upload a photo, it may be securely transmitted to these systems to analyze features and generate outputs such as visual results, recommendations, or instructions. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for unrelated purposes such as advertising.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.


    We may share user-uploaded content (such as photos) with trusted third-party AI service providers (such as Google or OpenAI) solely for the purpose of processing and generating results requested by the user. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.


    Processed data may be returned to our servers and stored securely to support features such as history and progress tracking.


    We may also share limited information with infrastructure and analytics providers under strict confidentiality obligations.


    We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.


4. Data Retention

  • Single-Use Photos: Photos uploaded for one-time features (e.g., generating a quick rating or hairstyle suggestion) are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of processing.

  • User-Saved Photos: If you choose to save photos for ongoing features (such as daily progress tracking or stored headshots), those photos are retained only as long as you maintain them in the app. They are deleted immediately when you remove them or request deletion.

  • Other Information: Retained only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services or as required by law.

  • You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

    AI Processing Data
    Photos and inputs sent for AI processing are retained only for the duration necessary to complete the requested task and are deleted automatically after processing or within a short period (no longer than 24 hours).


5. Data Security

We take measures to protect your information using industry-standard encryption and secure storage practices. While no system is completely secure, we strive to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.


6. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.


7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.

  • Request deletion of your photos or account data at any time (please fill the following account deletion form, our team will confirm within 48 hours: https://forms.gle/gj4C8ecFSGsZEZLr6)

  • Withdraw consent to our processing of your data.

  • You may withdraw consent for AI-based processing at any time by discontinuing use of the relevant features.

8. International Users

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, under protections consistent with this Policy.


9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Significant changes will be notified in the App or by email.
